I’VE BEEN IN YOUR SHOES. THAT’S WHY I CREATED THIS PROGRAM.

I’ve been living with type 1 diabetes since 1999. Throughout my childhood and teen years, I struggled with my acceptance of diabetes which greatly impacted my management. I felt isolated and angry with my diagnosis.

After hitting a rock bottom in 2017, I started on a health journey. After 20 years of being diagnosed with diabetes, how had I still not figured it out?

As it turns out, there was a lot more to diabetes than just counting carbs. After finding success in my own journey, I wanted to help others do the same. I learned all I could about nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress. I became a Registered Dietitian and earned my Master’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science. I learned about the mental barriers that stand in the way of us becoming our best selves.

Now, I empower people with type 1 diabetes live happy, healthy, and active lives. Through education, support, and community, my programs and resources have transformed hundreds of lives. I’m beyond grateful to do this work!!

EDUCATION

Each week, there will be a live 60-minute class focused on action-oriented education. This isn’t surface-level advice. It’s strategic, science-backed guidance that you can actually apply in real life. You’ll also get 5 self-paced modules focused on mindset strategies to help you reduce mental load and get out of your own way. All sessions are recorded, and you’ll have lifetime access to everything, so if you can’t make the live calls on Wednesdays at 6pm ET, no problem. You can watch on your own time.

COMMUNITY

You do not have to figure this out alone. After each class, we’ll have a live group Q&A to help you feel supported, ask questions, and connect with others who are walking the same path. You’ll also get access to a private community group during the program where you can share, celebrate, and learn together.

ACTION

This course is built to get you out of the information loop and into progress. Everything in this course is action-oriented and designed with implementation in mind. With weekly challenges, mindset modules, and check-ins from me, you’ll have real accountability and encouragement. It’s not just about learning more. It’s about taking action that helps you feel better and live with more ease.
